For this SHRM gathering, the brief was bold: Keep Austin Weird meets neon dreamscape. Held at Inn Cahoots, a venue known for its sprawling garden and vibrant energy, the design leaned all the way into Austin’s playful spirit. ROAM Rentals delivered an unapologetically eclectic look, mixing unexpected pieces and clashing patterns—on purpose.

Colorful, Confident, and Completely Austin

To fill the massive Austin Garden and make it feel cohesive (and unforgettable), we went bold with our rentals. The Milo Sofa, Chloe Chairs, Zeke Side Tables, and Austin Rug came together in a high-impact lounge that brought texture, color, and undeniable attitude.

Design With No Apologies

We leaned into contrast—pairing complementary colors, layering graphic patterns, and letting the design be seen. It was intentional chaos, with moments of softness and cohesion throughout to keep things elevated and not overwhelming.
